Welcome to EzyRide. By accessing and using our premium chauffeur services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully. EzyRide reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EzyRide web platform or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our ride booking and chauffeur services.
2. Description of Services
EzyRide provides a premium digital platform connecting customers with professional, vetted chauffeur partners for one-way transfers, airport commutes, and hourly bookings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time without prior liability.
3. User Conduct & Registration
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration details, protecting their account password, and maintaining acceptable behavior during rides. Prohibited conduct includes harassment of chauffeurs, damage to vehicles, or attempt to bypass Stripe payment security systems.
4. Cancellations & Fees
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-show bookings are subject to fee penalties according to EzyRide standard schedule policies. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Disclaimer & Governing Law
We do not guarantee the 100% availability or accuracy of the EzyRide booking platform. These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our corporate registry. Any disputes arising from using our platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
Important Rules
You must be 18 years or older to register.
Card holds are placed during booking request.
Strict compliance with airport staging rules.
Zero tolerance for vehicle abuse.
